Rosie is a very sweet affectionate girl. She was found in the campo seriously dehydrated, malnourished and with a wound on her leg.

She was rushed to an emergency vets and arrived just in time. She has had two surgeries. The first to treat an infection in the wound on her leg and the second to treat Piometra. She has also been give IV fluids, antibiotics and pain relief. She is recovering well in foster.

Rosie is believed to be 4 or 5 years old and will be about 40 kgs when fully nourished.

Despite the hardships she has suffered she is a very loving dog and will make a great addition to any home after she has received some much needed tender loving care.

UPDATE as of 23rd October 2025. Vida has come so far since the day she was rescued. Gaining weight nicely and, the most gentle girl. Affectionate and with a tail that never stops wagging. Vida is now ready to be adopted.
